As Director of Marketing at CIGNA - MCC Behavioral Care, Inc.,
Susan developed behavioral health care plans for Health Maintenance
Organizations.
During her tenure at Gold'n Plump Poultry, Inc., Susan managed
new product development and retail product marketing, and introduced
the first packaged chicken product, Minute Chicken®, the most
successful and profitable product launch in Gold'n Plump history.
She also served as General Manager of the company's startup subsidiary,
North Bay Fish and Seafood.
While at Sandoz Nutrition, Inc., Susan managed the Featherweight®,
Fiddle Faddle®, Screaming Yellow Zonkers® and Poppycock®
brands, and introduced more than 40 new products.
Susan's expertise lies in developing strategic marketing plans
for growing businesses and then working hands-on to ensure the plans
are effectively implemented.
Susan earned her Masters of Management degree at J.L. Kellogg Graduate
School of Management, Northwestern University. She graduated from
Grinnell College with a B.A. in Psychology, and earned membership
in the Grinnell and Mortar Board Honor Societies and Phi Beta Kappa.
She has been selected for the Council of 100, a high achievers mentoring
organization of Northwestern University.
